The National Consultative Forum stakeholders are requested to keep the tentative dates open. This Forum will focus on adopting the National Strategic Plan and providing a report back on the process of the development of National Directives, National Instructions and Regulations pertaining to the TIP Act.

Furthermore, stakeholders are requested to present and establish a framework or guideline for the establishment of a Rapid Response system, which must be consulted upon before the commencement of the Act in all regions.

The regions should nominate 4 representatives to attend the Forum (i.e. Project Officers, Researchers, Info Management Personnel, Public Education personnel etc.) from both Government departments and Civil Society organisations.
